Experience

Over the past 18 years David has perfected his skills as one of the leading commercial real estate agents in the Las Vegas office market. During this time he has represented tenants, assisting them in site selection and analyzing current and future office space needs, and has also represented landlords in leasing current building inventory and pre-leasing space through the development process. His ability to understand current market trends, and anticipate movement in future markets, has made David an invaluable asset to each of his clients.

David has been involved in the purchase of long and short term investment purchases for his clients to include 1031 exchanges and owner occupied facilities. In addition, he has provided strategic planning to building owners for the lease up of the vacancies and disposition their properties. David understands the intricacies and nuances of the market and knows how to structure transactions and bring them to a close benefiting all parties involved. He works with such national and local companies as AT&T, HSBC Bank USA, Stewart Title of Nevada, Pulte Homes Corporation, Republic Mortgage, Converse Consultants, and American Financial Realty Trust, among many others.

David earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Arizona. He is dedicated to remaining at the forefront of training and education as David is affiliated and active with Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Continuing Law Education (CLE International) and the State Bar of Nevada.
