Company Experience
Steve has more than 25 years experience as general manager and marketing director of The Freeport Center, Utah’s largest industrial park, with more than 7 million square feet and 90 buildings. He has negotiated thousands of leases, and has extensive experience in all aspects of development, construction, and financing. His varied experience assists clients to make optimal decisions in today’s fast-paced commercial real estate market.
 
In his new career in real estate brokerage, Steve works with an experienced team of industrial/investment specialists at Commerce CRG and is backed up with the most comprehensive information and research capabilities available. These resources provide up-to-date information on vacancies, absorption, and comparable sale and lease information – all to help the client make the best informed purchase, sale or lease decision possible.
 
Steve earned a B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Utah. He is past president of the Utah Chapter of the National Association of Industrial Office Parks (NAIOP), and is the 2004 NAIOP Member of the Year.
